In the System Event Log of Windows you will sometimes see an entry from the EventLog showing "The system uptime is ... seconds." Just how many days:hours:minutes:seconds is that?

I don't do months or years. If your system has been up that long, you probably need to install some security patches, and that is a bigger concern than how long the system has been up.
